As your dedicated co-host, we manage your Airbnb or VRBO property from listing optimization and guest communication to cleaning, maintenance, pricing strategy, and concierge services. Our goal is to maximize your revenue, maintain your property’s pristine condition, and deliver a seamless, five-star guest experience—all without you lifting a finger.
We provide 24/7 guest support from inquiry to checkout. We respond promptly to questions, provide clear and friendly guidance, and quickly resolve any issues. Our goal is to turn your guests into "raving fans". Whether it’s a late check-in request or an unexpected maintenance need, we handle it professionally, with care and passion, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
We partner with top-tier professional cleaning teams who follow a detailed checklist to ensure your property is spotless for each new guest. This includes sanitization, fresh linens, and restocking essentials. We also conduct quality checks to ensure every stay meets our five-star hospitality standards.
We offer full service Co-hosting and Property Management so you can passively sit back, relax, and watch your investment pay for itself. Our partnership fee is 25% of booking revenue per stay. There are no hidden fees - Just a straightforward partnership designed to help you succeed. We only make money when you do, so our mission will always be to maximize your profitability.

At this time, Dominican Coast Hospitality passes the cleaning fee of $70 on to the guest, as is typical and expected in platforms such as Airbnb. This fee is paid in full to our company by the booking platform, which in turn is used to compensate trained, professional cleaning staff and, when applicable, laundry service to ensure white-glove hotel-quality deep cleaning and laundry turnover.
At this time, the two primary short term booking platforms are Airbnb and VRBO although there are others we can engage as well. The airbnb model offers two options, but the one we recommend is where the Host (property owner) pays 3% of booking subtotal (nightly rate + cleaning fee) to Airbnb, and the Guest pays 14-16% service fee. On VRBO, there are also two options, one in which the property owner pays an 8% service fee to the platform. The other options is a flat annual fee which is much more cost-effective for a property regularly listed on booking platforms.
To service your guests and manage your investment in a high-quality, profitable way that's worthy of the rock star you are, we collect a one-time $249 USD "Guest-Ready" Setup Fee to cover your property's 5-star glow up before your first guests arrive. This includes initial deep cleaning and sanitization, cleaning supply provision, procurement of guest consumables (paper products, trash bags, drinking water, coffee, dish soap, hand soap, etc.) and a full inventory report and maintenance audit.
For properties without existing professional listings and photography, we offer our $499 USD "Showstopper" photoshoot and listing service. This covers property staging, the services of a professional photographer, and full copy-writing and content creation of the property listing on multiple platforms (including pricing optimization, compelling marketing language, etc.). This essential service will pay dividends in the years to come and is a crucial investment to ensure a successful launch and long term profitability for you!
Nope! You'll only (of course) need to provide the monthly consumables for your guests, which we will manage for you at a fixed monthly cost of $85 USD which covers the labor, mileage and purchase prices involved in restocking things like paper products, trash bags, coffee, water, and property cleaning supplies.
